|How would you rate your trip overall?||Excellent|
|Comment:||As conveyed to Victoria by telephone our trip exceeded expectations, thanks to meticulous planning on African Portfolio’s part, perfect execution on the part of the subcontractors and thoughtful extras on Victoria’s part (eg the few hours stay in a local hotel in Kilimanjaro to change, shower and sleep between long, grueling flights to Scotland).|
|What was the most important reason for choosing AFRICAN PORTFOLIO?||Repeat Client|
|Please Specify||Our daughter, Catriona used African Safari to arrange her honeymoon about 15 years ago.|

|How would you rate AFRICAN PORTFOLIO’S representatives in Africa?||
|Comment:||Perfect planning would have been ineffective had it not been accompanied with perfect execution!
At every step the local personnel executed perfectly – which was much appreciated by us.

At the Tanzanian border our yellow fever papers (Certified by the State of California) were denied as admissable – but the “expediter” “fixed” the problem by asking Kenyan authorities to issue “International” certificates – at a cost – which were deemed acceptable.
|How would you describe your accommodation, facilities and meals? Please provide the name of the hotel, lodge or camp you are describing.||Excellent in all cases. The attention to service and detail were very impressive and exceeded our expectations.|
|What and where was your favorite meal of the trip?||Hard to tell since all were very good and in many cases it would be comparing apples and oranges.
However, one breakfast, cooked in the bush, stands out in our memories
|How would you evaluate your safari guides and staff? Please provide the name of the person you are describing.||The competence, knowledge and expertise of the safari guides was the most surprising and outstanding parts of our trip – particularly their dedication to conservation! but also their open mindedness and eagerness to convey to us their local experiences but also learn of oursThe two Daniels (one of Bantu origin, the other of Maasai origin) and Mudy at NgoroNgoro were particularly outstanding – however this does not diminish in any way the others eg Emanuel in Kimondo, we had contact with|
