Day 1
  • Road transfer from Livingstone Airport to Toka Leya Camp (± 30 minutes)
  • Stay at Toka Leya Camp in a Tented Room for 2 nights
  • Twice daily scheduled activities included
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Just minutes away from mighty Victoria Falls, Toka Leya is an ideal base from which to explore this wonder of the world. The 12 en-suite tents are nestled in the cooling shade of jackalberry and waterberry trees, and each includes an expansive deck with views of the Zambezi River flowing below, the perfect vantage point from which to gaze out at the hippos and elephants that frequent this area. Inside, the decor is fashionable, comfortable and uncluttered, featuring climate control and delightful appointments that will almost make you forget that you are in a rugged riverside locale. Walking along the network of raised platforms to the main area, you’ll find, along with striking views of the Zambezi, an inviting bar, lounge and dining area, as well as a sundeck that is perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. Dips in the infinity pool are as refreshing as the activities on offer are exciting: a tour of the Victoria Falls on the Zambian side, fishing excursions, guided nature walks and game drives within Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park (where you can spy species such as buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and impala). Those looking for relaxation will enjoy sunset cruises, while travelers on the hunt for adventure might wish to try micro-lighting, canoeing, jet boating or a helicopter flight with a view of the Falls (optional activities at an additional cost).
Day 3
  • Road transfer to Kasane Airport (± 60 min)
  • Shared charter flight to Savuti Airstrip (± 45 min)
  • Stay at Savuti Camp in a Tented Room for 3 nights
  • Twice daily scheduled activities included
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Virtually anywhere within Savuti Camp, you can glimpse what it is known for: pristine wilderness and copious wildlife. The thatched dining area, charming pub and plunge pool are all on raised wooden decks, giving guests an unimpeded view of the nearby waterhole which attracts a wide swath of species. The camp, situated along the Savuti Channel in the Linyanti Reserve, is a chic getaway featuring seven spacious and stylish tented rooms with en-suite facilities. Tastefully decorated and positioned to take full advantage of the spectacular views of the Savuti Channel and its surroundings, the camp provides a unique connection to this stunning environment. The region has evolved in the last 30 years, and what was once primarily a river has become open grasslands: a predator paradise. You will have a front row seat to the drama of the Delta on day and night drives, walks with an armed guard and settling into hides for thrilling up-close viewing of wildlife ranging from stalking predators to plentiful plains game. Savuti Camp’s woodpile hide is famed for its elephant viewing, visitors are so immersed (yet safe) in this natural setting that it feels like you are part of the herd.
Day 6
  • Shared charter flight to Vumbura Airstrip (± 50 minutes)
  • Stay at Little Vumbura Camp in a Tented Room for 3 nights
  • Twice daily scheduled activities included
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Little Vumbura is a beautiful six-roomed tented camp situated to the north of Mombo in a private reserve bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in the northern reaches of the Okavango Delta. The tented rooms are comfortably appointed, with an en-suite bathroom with hot and cold running water, a shower, flush toilet and an outside shower under the stars. A plunge pool and reading area overlook the floodplains. Little Vumbura offers both water and land activities. Mekoros traverse the floodplains under the guidance of experienced polers. Open 4×4 Land Rovers allow guests to get close to animals in the savannah areas. However during the annual period of high floodwaters in the Okavango, this activity is limited. For much of the March to October period, guests boat to dry land and board the game viewing vehicles there. Guests usually have the opportunity to see lion, leopard, elephant, sable and buffalo, along with all the plains game, providing an excellent all-round game experience in this remote corner of the Okavango. Walks (on request basis only) around the islands give guests the opportunity to enjoy Africa from a different perspective.
Day 9
  • Shared charter flight to Maun Airport (± 30 minutes)
